Eastern Canada is proud to have the first female World Champion (Ruth Garrett) from North America, the first North American to win three times (Brian Grant), the youngest World Champion from North America (Michael McCloskey) and the North American resident with the most World Championship solo titles (Michaela Hinds) with seven.
