EXISTING MEMBERS
Existing members of the Irish Dance Teachers Association of Canada - Eastern Region must re-register with the organization annually, by reviewing/confirming the details of their account, and remitting payment of dues to the Treasurer.
Should any change of status occur during the year (i.e. personal/school contact details, school mergers/closures etc.), members are required to update their registration account at WildApricot.com, and notify both the Regional Director and the Corresponding Secretary by e-mail with the changes.
Members are also required to update their accounts with An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha and the IDTANA (starting in 2022), to ensure continuity with mailing lists from those organizations. Until the Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America registration site is launched, the Irish Dance Teachers Association of Canada - Eastern Region Corresponding Secretary will forward any changes to e-mail addresses upon specific request from the member.
It is the responsibility of the member to stay up to date on rules and any changes, additions, omissions, etc. of Irish Dance Teachers Association of Canada - Eastern Region, Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America and An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha. In applying for membership with IDTACer, a member agrees to abide by the constitutions, rules, regulations, and policies of each of these organizations.
